Job Profile :

1. Search the candidates as per requirement of the client through Naukri, Shine, Monster.com

2. Screening the candidate with telephonic, direct interview for their communication skill, Personality profile.

3. Forward the candidate resumes to the client.

4. Subsequently Schedule the interview of shortlisted candidates.

5. Maintaining day to day interview schedule.

6. Coordinating with director for the daily work to be done for closing the deal.
