Job Title: Associate HR

Location: Wakad (Preference for PCMC area residents)

We're seeking a motivated and organized Female Associate HR to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

- Assist with employee communications, training, and development

- Collaborate on employee relations issues

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

- 3-4 years of HR Generalist experience

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
