Objective :-
If any new policy is made then get it implemented.
Review daily, weekly or monthly work reports of team members.
Make KPI reports for all teams.
All departments are ready JD, KRA, KPI, SOP have to be prepared.
Healthy Environment in Organizations..
Sales and marketing team has to be prepared, for that they have to be hired.
Carry out necessary steps to fulfil the hiring needs of the organisation.
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Monitor the HR department's budget.
Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
Manage employees’ grievances.
Create and run referral bonus programs.
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software .
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Design compensation and benefits packages.
