Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company career pages.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Support the onboarding process, including document verification and orientation.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documents and data.
Assist in processing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related paperwork.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, leaves, overtime).
Help employees with benefits enrollment and queries.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Employee Engagement & Support:
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
General HR Administration:
Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
Support in handling employee grievances or disciplinary actions.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years in an HR or administrative role (Freshers may be considered).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
