We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist with various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Recruitment and Hiring:
Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company website.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Prepare interview materials and schedules.
Assist with the preparation and sending of offer letters.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Coordinate new hire orientation sessions.
Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
Prepare and organize onboarding materials for new employees.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
Assist in updating employee files and documents as necessary.
Benefits Administration:
Assist with benefits enrollment and questions from employees.
Help maintain benefits records and assist with open enrollment processes.
Answer general questions regarding company benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
HR Compliance and Policies:
Assist with ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Help prepare reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
Support the HR department with policy updates and implementation.
General Administrative Support:
Handle incoming HR-related inquiries and provide general HR assistance.
Schedule meetings, training sessions, and events.
Assist in preparing HR presentations and reports.
