We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Human Resources or a related field, with a basic understanding of recruitment processes and a willingness to grow within the HR function. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Support HR initiatives and projects across different departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal employment regulations.
Provide administrative support to the HR department in areas such as performance management, training, and employee engagement.
Collaborate effectively with various teams and offer leadership support when required.
Adapt to new HR technologies and methodologies to enhance department efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
