Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including document verification and orientation programs.
Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances and ensure a harmonious workplace.
Promote employee engagement activities, such as team-building exercises and celebrations.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Performance Management:
Assist in appraisals and performance review processes.
Track employee development and training needs.
Administrative
Office Operations:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
Vendor & Facilities Management:
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and other services.
Ensure the office environment is safe and well-maintained.
Policy Implementation:
Assist in drafting and implementing company policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Travel & Accommodation:
Handle travel arrangements for employees, including tickets, accommodation, and local transportation.
