The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, HR compliance, and working knowledge of PF and ESIC processes. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall HR functions within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws.Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Liaise with external vendors for background checks, medical insurance, etc.Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and resolve any concerns.Prepare and maintain reports related to HR activities, including hiring, compliance, and employee benefits.Work closely with management to support HR initiatives and employee development.Key Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment, compliance,Experience in using HRMS tools and job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Immediate joiner preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for career growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work culture.
