Job Title: HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, and supporting recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and performance management functions.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee records and HR databases
Coordinate training and development programs
Support payroll processing and leave management
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist in performance management processes and appraisals
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal regulations
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferred
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, etc.)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Postgraduate degree/diploma in HR (preferred)
Experience in [industry, e.g., IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.]
Exposure to HR analytics and reporting
