We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and handle end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Familiarity with ATS and HR tools is a plus.
