Hiring for HR Executive - Recruitment, Onboarding and Payroll
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the open positions and creating detailed job descriptions that outline the responsibilities, qualifications, and necessary skills.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various recruitment methods to find potential candidates, such as online job portals, social media, employee referrals networking events, and career fairs.
Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings, and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for the role and cultural fit within the organization.
Candidate Assessment: Administering tests, assignments, or assessments to evaluate the candidates' technical skills, cognitive abilities, and personality traits.
References and CC references are provided by the candidates to ensure their credibility.
Offer Negotiation: Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating compensation packages and other employment terms.
Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Keeping track of candidate information, job openings, and recruitment processes using an ATS or other HR software.
Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and strategies to improve the effectiveness of the hiring process.
Must be a graduate. Freshers can also apply. Added language is an advantage.
Qualification: Graduate
