As an HR at Chemie Alliance, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
• Source potential candidates through online portals, LinkedIn.
• Advertise open positions on social media, job boards, and internal channels to attract top talent on portals like LinkedIn Jobs, Naukri, Indeed Jobs and other jobs sites.
• Screen resumes, application forms, and conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person) to shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related paperwork
• Conduct candidate reference checks, background checks.
• Coordination with HOD for recruitment, planning & selection process.
• Joining & onboarding formalities, proper maintenance documentation (Digital & Physical)
• Organize Office Engagement activity like birthday, & Festival Celebration.
• Manage any other administrative activities as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and good judgment.
• Proficiency in job sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and HR software’s is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates, consultancies, and employees effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
