Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Male HR Executive to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing key HR functions such as PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), Payroll, Operations, Hiring Blue-Collar Workers, Process Implementation, and Biometric Installation. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PF and ESI Management:

  • Oversee and manage employee Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) processes.

  • Ensure timely and accurate remittance of PF and ESI contributions.

  • Maintain PF and ESI records for employees and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

  • Payroll Processing:

  • Administer the company’s payroll system for blue-collar and white-collar employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of salaries.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions, and other payroll-related matters.

  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, pay slips, and resolve any payroll discrepancies.

  • Hiring Blue-Collar Workers:

  • Handle recruitment and staffing for blue-collar workers across various manufacturing departments.

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.

  • Source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and coordinate with agencies if required.

  • Operational Support:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.

  • Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and time tracking systems.

  • Manage employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Process Implementation:

  • Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and systems to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

  • Identify gaps in current processes and propose solutions for improvement.

  • Assist in the implementation of HR best practices within the manufacturing environment.

  • Biometric Installation & Management:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of biometric systems for attendance tracking.

  • Ensure proper data collection and reporting through the biometric system.

  • Address any technical issues related to biometric devices and ensure seamless operation for employees.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

  • Assist with internal and external audits related to HR functions.

  • Maintain confidential employee records and documentation in accordance with legal and company standards.

  • Employee Welfare and Engagement:

  • Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, particularly in manufacturing environments.

  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Payroll, and statutory compliance.

  • Experience in hiring blue-collar workers in a manufacturing or similar industry.

  • Familiarity with process implementation and continuous improvement in HR operations.

  • Hands-on experience with biometric attendance systems and associated software.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (such as HRMS, Payroll Systems).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to manufacturing and industrial sectors.

  • Certification in HR or payroll-related courses.

  • Experience in conducting HR audits and compliance checks.
