Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

• Maintain HR records, employee database, and attendance

• Coordinate training & development activities

• Support employee engagement initiatives

• Draft and maintain HR letters, policies, and documents

• Handle internal communication and HR coordination

• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related support

• Manage basic payroll activities and documentation (if required)
