HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Understanding Manpower Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to source a large pool of qualified candidates.

• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding.

• Bulk Hiring Coordination: Manage the coordination of mass hiring events and initial screening processes.

• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.

• Negotiation Skills: Possess strong negotiation skills for salary and benefits discussions.
