Role: HR Recruiter
Location: Bangalore – Hosachiguru Office
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Requirement Gathering: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role-specific expectations.
Sourcing & Outreach: Identify potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate fit, and schedule interviews with respective teams.
Coordination: Coordinate and follow up with candidates and internal teams throughout the interview process.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Employer Branding: Support HR initiatives
Recruitment Reports: Prepare and share regular hiring updates, metrics, and pipeline status with relevant stakeholders.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems
