HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Employee On-boarding & Off-boarding formalities

• Conducting Background Verifications

• Handling employee Grievances

• Conducting Induction, Skip level meetings

• Support & Co – ordinate staff meeting, HR events & engagement activities.

• Maintain, track & monitor various data trackers, including attrition data, off roll data , various other metrics as needed at an organizational level from time to time.

Qualification:

MBA in HR is a plus

1-2 Years of experience

Excellent communication skill
