Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate and conduct recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Manage joining formalities and employee orientation programs.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, documents, contracts).
Handle HRMS or manual employee database.
Payroll & Attendance
Assist in preparing payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime).
Ensure timely processing of salaries and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.
Assist in drafting or updating HR policies.
Performance Management
Support the performance appraisal process.
Follow up with departments on appraisal documentation and feedback.
Office Management
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Oversee housekeeping and facility management.
Vendor & Visitor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, etc.
Manage front desk responsibilities (calls, guests, courier).
Travel & Logistics
Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for staff as needed.
Meetings & Reporting
Schedule and organize internal meetings and events.
Prepare reports, letters, and basic documentation when required.
Record Keeping
Maintain proper filing system for administrative and HR documents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and multitasking ability
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, HR software)
Discretion and confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles preferred
