Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Coordinate and conduct recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

    • Manage joining formalities and employee orientation programs.

  2. Employee Records & Documentation

    • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, documents, contracts).

    • Handle HRMS or manual employee database.

  3. Payroll & Attendance

    • Assist in preparing payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime).

    • Ensure timely processing of salaries and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).

  4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

    • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.

    • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.

  5. Compliance & Policies

    • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.

    • Assist in drafting or updating HR policies.

  6. Performance Management

    • Support the performance appraisal process.

    • Follow up with departments on appraisal documentation and feedback.


Administrative Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management

    • Maintain office supplies and inventory.

    • Oversee housekeeping and facility management.

  2. Vendor & Visitor Coordination

    • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, etc.

    • Manage front desk responsibilities (calls, guests, courier).

  3. Travel & Logistics

    • Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for staff as needed.

  4. Meetings & Reporting

    • Schedule and organize internal meetings and events.

    • Prepare reports, letters, and basic documentation when required.

  5. Record Keeping

    • Maintain proper filing system for administrative and HR documents.


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organizational and multitasking ability

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, HR software)

  • Discretion and confidentiality


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles preferred

  • Female candidates only (as per job requirement)
