Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to manage both recruitment and HR operations. This role involves sourcing and hiring talent, as well as handling day-to-day HR activities like onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for both talent acquisition and HR process management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Manage employee records and ensure timely documentation.
Support payroll processing by gathering attendance and leave data.
Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Organize employee engagement activities and assist in training coordination.
Maintain HR databases and prepare HR reports as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations (freshers with internships can also apply).
Knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
