Job Description

Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Assist in engineering recruitment activities, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to source qualified candidates.
Collaborate with department managers to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
