Job Description

Client is a dynamic information platform, straddling new growth areas along with a

stronghold in Print (magazine), Digital, and Events Space. Our six publications are leaders in the Construction,

Infrastructure, and Manufacturing/Engineering sectors. Our Events Division organizes large format and high-

profile Awards and Conferences as well as Expos. Additionally, the First Smart Cities Council in India

collaborates with governments and the private sector to make cities smart and sustainable. Some of our

magazines include Construction World, Industrial Products Finder, Indian Cement Review, Equipment India,

Indian Textiles Journal, and Infrastructure Today.

Location: Sewri (West), Mumbai - 400 015 (5 minutes walking distance from Sewri Station & Sewri Bus Depot)

Office Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday (Work from Office)

Job Description:

We are looking for a focused and deadline-driven Talent Acquisition professional (Non-IT & IT) with a minimum

of 1-3 years of hard-core experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a recruitment agency/consultancy.

The ideal candidate should be particular, precise, and adept at managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for

our pan-India branches.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and contacting relevant candidates for assigned vacancies.

2. Conducting the first round of interviews.

3. Managing salary negotiations.

4. Handling the end-to-end recruitment process.

5. Coordinating with Managers/HODs to understand and fulfil recruitment needs.

6. Achieving a conversion ratio of 5-6 hires per month.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Post-Graduate.
