HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain and organize HR records and databases

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes

• Help with employee engagement activities and internal communications

• Assist in drafting HR policies and internal documents

• Conduct basic research on HR best practices and trends

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
