HR Executive

STACKD in Gurgaon, Sector 61 is looking for HR Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. l  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring adherence to data privacy and confidentiality.

l  Recruitment and Staffing: responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates for job vacancies.

l  Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

l  Required to coordinate the on boarding process for new hires.

l  Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files. 

l  ID Card Preparation.

l  Monthly report preparation of PF, ESI and related statutory compliance.
