Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract and hire qualified candidates.
Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and post job openings on relevant platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make final hiring decisions in collaboration with department managers.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support.
Manage employee disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
Promote a positive work environment by fostering effective communication and resolving conflicts.
3. Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and recommend appropriate actions, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
4. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate with external training providers and deliver in-house training sessions as needed.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all compensation and benefits practices.
6. Policy Implementation:
Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with company values and legal requirements.
Communicate policies to employees and provide guidance on their interpretation and implementation.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven work experience as an HR executive or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
