1 Recruitment, Hiring process
2 Employee on boarding process
3 Attendance Keeping
4 Payroll Processing, PF, ESIC, PT
5 Leave management system
6 Employee welfare activities
7 Expense verification & Reimbursement
9 HR policy implementation
10 To draft and issue different letters such as offer letter, appointment letter,
relieving letter, Experience certificate.
Job Specification:
Good in communication (Preferred if studied throughout English Medium)
PC literacy (MS Office in particular)
Good Problem- Solving skills
Basic knowledge of Labour laws.
Good at documentation.
Presentable Knowledge of HR Systems and databases
Excellent active listening/negotiation/organizational skills
