Job Title: HR Executive (Night Shift Flexibility)

Experience Required: 1–3 years in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
Nanex is an international BPO company specializing in sales campaigns, MIS, and IT services. We value people, performance, and purpose — and we’re looking for an HR Executive who can bring in energy, structure, and empathy to support our growing team.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes
Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to attract the best talent
Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth integration
Conduct induction programs and orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and teams
Ensure documentation and background verification are completed on time
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing timely support and resolution
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
Maintain positive working relationships across all departments
Maintain and update employee records
Coordinate with payroll and admin teams as needed
Support night shift employees with any HR-related queries or concerns
Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Comfortable working night shifts or rotational shifts when needed
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
