Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive to support our administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various HR processes, including onboarding, employee engagement, and record management. .
Key Responsibilities :
Admin Support:
Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks such as file management, documentation, asset management, and courier coordination.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Support in managing office facilities and maintaining hygiene standards, coordinating repairs when necessary.
Vendor management: Assist in coordinating with vendors for office supplies, services, and employee benefits.
HR Support:
Support HR in onboarding new employees, including documentation and orientation sessions.
Help with employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events, activities, and recognition programs.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria:
0-3 years of relevant work experience in admin or HR support roles, ideally within the IT sector.
Should be MBA pass out.

Experience or interest in HR operations is a plus.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask.
