- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
1. Required Qualifications- Expert in Labour Law & IR(ER) & soft skill (MS-office)
2. Preferred Qualifications- MLS (Master in Labour studies) (MH Gov. Labour Ministries lead Institute)
3. Working Conditions- As per our organizations policies.
4. Job Duties and Responsibilities-
3.1 Handling Contract Employees Hiring.
3.2 Hold on the contract employees.
3.3 Time-office working expertise.
3.4 Employees Master data handling.
3.5 Contract employees Payroll Handling.
3.6 All Contract compliance working.
3.7 Updated on The Factories Act 1948.
3.8 Other governments return filling etc.
3.9 Employees engagement.
3.10 Facing the Audit (External as well as internal).
3.11 Facing External or Local Issues.
