HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, sourcing and identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for various positions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements for open positions
● Minimum of 1 year experience in end to end recruitment role and must have good communication skill
● Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
● Coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
● Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
