Key Responsibilities:

✅ Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

✅ Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.

• Organize engagement activities and foster a healthy workplace culture.

✅ Payroll & Attendance Management:

• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing through HRMS.

• Ensure compliance with salary structures, deductions, and statutory requirements.

✅ Performance Management:

• Assist in performance appraisals and employee development programs.

• Support managers in goal setting and feedback processes.

✅ HR Policies & Compliance:

• Implement and update HR policies as per company and legal guidelines.

• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

✅ Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

✅ General HR Administration:

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.

• Support management in strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
✔️ 01 years of experience in HR functions.
✔️ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
