Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities: -

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate sales agents - Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) - Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit - Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing exceptional customer service - Collaborate with sales management to understand recruitment needs and preferences - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets
