HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training & development, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role is essential in ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining an efficient and compliant HR process.

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Post job openings on various platforms and screen resumes.

  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.

  • Handle new hire documentation and onboarding formalities.

• Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Promote a healthy and engaging work environment.

  • Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.

• HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.

  • Support HR audits and compliance with labor regulations.
