Job Description
1. You have to conduct initial phone screenings and review Resumes with IT (APAC) candidates.
2. Identify relevant and qualified candidates through the screening process.
3. Ensure the screened qualified potential candidates turn up for an interview.
4. Coordinated and scheduled interviews , Manage and organize smooth interviews for candidates.
5. Get selected and join accordingly.
6. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure you fulfill the requirement for respective Client
7. Source and expand our candidate pool through online platforms and networking.
