HR Executive Payroll & Compliance Goregaon east near Station Salary up to 30kshift timing 10:30-6:30Sunday Fixed off All Saturdays short Leaves Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Accurately and timely calculate and distribute employee wages, salaries, bonuses, and other payments.& Manage payroll systems, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. Process new hires, terminations, and other payroll changes. Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and other withholdings. Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll laws, regulations, and policies. Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations and update payroll practices accordingly. Manage compliance audits and ensure timely resolution of compliance
