- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Coordinating the interview process with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assisting new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company
