Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and hire candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.

• Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and orientation for new employees.

✅ Employee Engagement & Relations

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

• Address employee concerns and grievances to maintain a healthy work environment.

• Implement policies to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

✅ Payroll & Compliance

• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.

• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.

✅ Performance Management

• Support in performance appraisals and feedback sessions.

• Assist in training and development initiatives for employee growth.

✅ HR Administration & Reporting

• Manage HR databases and generate reports on employee metrics.

• Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
✔ 1-3 years of HR experience .
✔ Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment trends.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
