Key Responsibilities:
👥 Recruitment & Onboarding:
End-to-end pre & post recruitment process.
Issuing offer letters, onboarding new joiners, and conducting orientation sessions.
🧾 HR Operations & Payroll:
Manage employee leave records, staff claims, and payroll inputs.
Handle payslips, experience letters, and other employee documentation.
📋 Admin & Office Support:
Oversee vendor management and courier coordination.
ID card issuance, event logistics, guest/visitor management.
Handle documentation for proposals, tenders, and client transactions.
Coordinate with bank officials for cheque deposits, etc.
📈 Skills & Tools:
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong coordination with employees, CEO, bank/auditor/facility teams.
Multilingual skills: English & Tamil required (Hindi is a plus)
