We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

7. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Handle payroll support and benefits administration.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Support training and development activities.

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives.

• Prepare HR reports and documentation.

8. Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role.

• Knowledge of HR systems (HRMS) and labor legislation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
