Roles and Responsibility:-

• End-to-end recruitments of FTC engagees of all India Travel & Vacations from raising the MPR to joining of the person.

• Contract renewals of all the FTCs of the SBU.

• Separations of all FTCs of T&V on Pan India basis is centralized.

• LCT Management - progress monitoring, issuance of any communication, etc.

• Medi claim management - floating of the tender to monthly addition/deletion to being the SPOC for all FTCs.

• Preparation of any note related to any life cycle/organization structure changes for the SBU - Travel & Vacations.

• Driving the performance management system including annual appraisals/mid-year appraisals and ensuring adherence to timeline s.

• Facilitating and planning the Learning & Development Calendar for the SBU

• Various other tasks that are assigned from time to time.
