We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and support our human resources department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of a strong organizational culture.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct initial rounds of interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Prepare and manage employee contracts, offer letters, and other official HR documents.
Employee Engagement:
Assist with organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
Help address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Support the payroll department with the preparation of monthly salary data.
Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and other perks.
Performance Management:
Assist with the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of performance reviews.
Help track employee performance and support HR managers in identifying training and development needs.
Compliance & HR Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Assist in preparing reports for audits or statutory requirements.
Other HR Administrative Support:
Support HR initiatives and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Coordinate HR communications within the company.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 1.5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS) is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
