Key Responsibilities of Post-Offer Engagement Professionals:
Building Candidate Relationships
Regularly check in with candidates via calls, emails, or messages.
Address any concerns they might have regarding the offer, company policies, or joining process.
Providing Pre-Onboarding Support
Guide candidates through necessary documentation and background verification.
Share details about company policies, benefits, and other relevant information.
Share company newsletters, success stories, or employee testimonials.
Handling Offer Dropout Risks
Identify candidates who might be at risk of backing out and proactively address their concerns.
Offer additional benefits or perks, if necessary, to retain them.
Collaboration with HR & Hiring Teams
Keep hiring managers updated on candidate status.
Assist in improving the overall candidate experience.
