Job Title – Plant HR
Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (6 days working)
Location – Changodhar, Moriya
Experience: - 2-3 years of experience as HR with a manufacturing company
Qualification - Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
A Plant HR (Human Resources) is responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions at a manufacturing or production facility. They ensure compliance with labor laws, foster a positive work environment, and align HR strategies with the plant’s operational goals.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
Manage hiring and retention of plant employees.
Work with Sr. HR Manager to forecast manpower requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address grievances and employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.
Compliance & Labor Laws:
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.
Manage relationships with labor unions, if applicable.
Workplace Safety & Welfare:
Collaborate with safety officers to enforce health and safety regulations.
Implement wellness programs and ensure a safe working environment.
HR Data & Reporting:
Maintain HR records, analyze workforce trends, and provide reports to management.
Use HR analytics for decision-making and workforce planning.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, training, and compliance.
Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
