HR Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to support staff in crafting clear, effective, and engaging job descriptions. You’ll be a key partner to team leads and department heads, ensuring that role profiles align with organizational goals and attract the right talent.

• Collaborate with managers and team leads to write, review, and refine job descriptions.

• Ensure all job descriptions reflect accurate duties, expectations, and required qualifications.

• Provide guidance and support to staff on best practices in internal and external communication.

• Support recruitment efforts by helping craft job postings and reviewing applicant materials.

• Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth and engaging experience.

• Help develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communication guidelines.

• Maintain HR documentation and support general HR functions as needed.
