Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

· Active participation in the Campus Drives at local as well as out of station colleges and institutes.

· Advertising job descriptions for various roles on various social platforms.

· Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.

· Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates, managing the interview rounds.

· Managing and handling the orientation of new employees

· Managing the employees’ data of each department.

· Active participation in Verification, Documentation and filing of the employee documents.

· Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
