Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing.

• Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.

• Oversee training and development programs.

• Implement performance reviews and improvement plans.

• Administer payroll and benefits programs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee records.

• Support HR strategy, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
