HR Executive

• Manage recruitment and onboarding for plant-level roles (workers, staff, technicians).

• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.

• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination.

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws.

• Monitor performance management processes and support training initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws (ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).

• Coordinate statutory audits and maintain up-to-date documentation.

• Drive employee engagement and welfare programs.

Administration:

• Manage general administrative tasks: housekeeping, security, transportation, canteen, and other facility management.

• Vendor management for administrative services and supplies.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness across the premises.

• Coordinate with local authorities and government departments for necessary approvals or inspections.

• Asset management and maintenance of company property.
