WINWIN FINEXPERTS is seeking motivated individuals to join our Human Resources department for a 3-month internship. This program is designed for current students or recent graduates interested in building a foundation for a career in HR.
You will gain exposure to various HR functions, receive practical training, and support our HR team with essential tasks in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process (e.g., posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support new employee onboarding activities.
Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents and correspondence.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Perform administrative tasks to support the HR department's daily operations.
Assist with basic HR reporting tasks.
Who Can Apply:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preference for HR, Business Administration, or related fields, but all are welcome).
Recent graduates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
Available to commit for the full 3-month duration.
