Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues and helping maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisals, training, and career development programs to ensure employees' skills align with company goals.
Payroll and Benefits: Coordinate and ensure accurate payroll processing, and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and help with audits, reporting, and maintaining records of employee documentation.
Training and Development: Support employee development through training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and foster a productive, motivated workforce.
Employee Engagement: Organize and promote employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
HR Policies: Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Health and Well-being: Support wellness programs and ensure that employees have access to the resources they need to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an HR role (or related field).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage complex employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of HR Tools: Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, employee rights, and HR best practices.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive company culture.
Confidentiality: Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive employee information.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
