Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

1 Understand JD and source CVs for open positions
2 Work with digital team to update open vacancies on company’s website
3 HR interview of the candidate & HR screening of CV
4 Coordination with department for further CV screening and interviews
5 Prepare salary comparison and Salary negotiation
6 Prepare offer letter , Employee confirmation letter & appointment letter
7 User creation in ERP/ CRM, Employee onboarding, document collection and Induction
8 Assign Portal access to employees, Employee Exit Process & formalities

Must be able to speak in Hindi, English & Kannada
