HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. From identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, you will play a key role in building a strong workforce that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals).

• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.

• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.

• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role.

  • Hands-on experience with recruiting through various channels.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (HR certification is a plus)
